Residents prune in Stoke Park!

24 local residents attended a pruning workshop and pruned 60 orchard trees!

A local resident, Simon Day, ran a really successful pruning workshop. He got 24 local people laughing and chatting about how to look after young apple trees. They then walked across Stoke Park to the orchard, and tried their new skills out, pruning an impressive 60 trees!

Simon was supported by The Really Wild Lockleaze Project, the Stoke Park Community Group, and the Lockleaze Community Orchard.
