Gentle Exercise

This is a supportive exercise class for people who just want to have a light workout to keep them a bit more mobile for their daily routine. No special gym wear is needed, just loose clothes you can move easily in.  All exercises are done to music. Aimed at the over 50s and people who want a light stretch and workout just to keep them mobile and active.

An exercise class for people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, this class is also suitable for people needing a carer to accompany them. Most of the exercises can be done sitting down or with support using a chair. The tutor supports participants to gently exercise their mobility. The exercises are done to music and singing is encouraged.


short mat bowls

Short mat bowls is a social, friendly game of bowls. Played in The Hub Hall all you need to play is provided, just turn up and get ready to play. For all abilities and ages.

Free art group for anyone with physical or mental health conditions who wants to try something new! Everyone is welcome!


Aikido

Japanese Martial Arts - Range of age group classes available.
Daren holds 5th dan in Aikido and 1st dan in jujutsu. With many years of Aikido teaching experience he is a senior coach within the National Aikido Federation and a Certified Coach within the British Aikido Board (National Governing Body).


Taekwondo

As a self-defense art, Taekwon-Do will help prepare every member with essential skills for self-protection and for the protection of family and friends.
Our classes for children under the supervision of fully qualified Instructors will encourage each child to achieve his/her potential, learning new skills and making new friends.
