I am running an 8-week mindfulness course at the Old Library on Muller Road starting on the 7th of January and finishing on the 25rd of February, consisting of 2-hour sessions every Monday, 7-9pm.

I am teaching the well known 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course. During this course you will learn step by step different mindfulness practices and how to include these skills in your daily life. Amongst many benefits, this course helps to reduce stress and anxiety, live life more fully in the present, improve the quality of your relationships, develop skills to face challenging times, get a better insight into the unhelpful habits of the mind and overall live a more fullfiling life.
